Project description:

An exclusive city villa with a total of five generous accommodation units and with a total living area of approx. 640 m² and overground parking spaces, was newly built on the approx. 1,600 m² site in the desirable villa district of Berlin, previously occupied by a single-family house. The scheme, in the form of part ownership on the basis of the additional capital allowance according to § 4, paragraph 1 of the “Fördergebietsgesetzes” (Development Area Law), was sold predominately to capital investors and leased following completion.
