Project description:
A top quality town villa with six accommodation units, with partial public financing according to the “II. Förderweg”, as well as two ground floor retail units with a total living / useful area of approx. 760 m² was newly built on the approx. 960 m² site in Berlin Lichtenrade. The scheme, on the basis of the additional capital allowance according to § 4, paragraph 1 of the “Fördergebietsgesetzes” (Development Area Law), was sold in its entirety to a capital investor and was leased following completion.
