509491-312287-thumbnail.jpg Commissioned by an American investor and operator of high quality senior residential homes to find a site in Munich that met their criteria for a high quality location, economical viability and advantageous development rights we were able to identify the „Greinerberg“ site, which led to its purchase in 2005.

The plan for the approx. 3,900 m² corner site set out the details for the construction of a total of 90 apartments including an underground car park. The central idea of the planning concept was to design the common areas as generously and comfortably as possible in order to promote communication amongst the residents and assist their participation in social life. Gerontologists has proven that this is a decisive factor in slowing down the ageing process as well as contributing to a considerable improvment in the quality of life.
